License and Usage: Murmer is provided as a one-time purchase. This grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal devices.

Updates: Your purchase includes one year of free updates from the date of purchase. After one year, you may securely continue to use the version of Murmer you own forever, or choose to renew for further updates.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Alessandro Nocera be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service.
