Your privacy is the core feature of Murmer. We built this app specifically to keep your data out of the cloud.

Local Processing: Murmer requires access to your microphone to transcribe your speech. This audio is processed entirely locally on your Mac using Apple's Neural Engine. Your voice data never leaves your device.

Zero Data Collection: We do not collect any personal data. We do not use analytics or tracking software within the app. We do not require you to create an account to use Murmer.

Because everything happens on your machine, there are no servers to be compromised and no data for us to sell. What happens on your Mac, stays on your Mac.
